This opening is best suited for an individual with proven experience providing leadership in a healthcare setting, where clinical quality, patient service, excellence in care, and synergistic team work are highly valued. Experience working in an ASC setting is highly desirable.

At a minimum, this position requires an active RN license, and at least three years of surgical and administrative/management experience. BSN in preferred. A dedication to providing outstanding patient care and the ability to perform administrative duties (e.g., Quality Assurance, Infection Control, Risk Management, etc.) are necessary to succeed in this role. Familiarity with the AAAHC Survey process is highly desirable. Your critical thinking skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong organizational/multi-tasking skills will be greatly valued.
